1. Digital Product Nature

Our courses are digital educational products delivered electronically. Because course materials are accessible immediately upon enrollment, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered if:

• The request is made within 7 days of purchase, and
• Course materials have not been substantially accessed or downloaded.

We evaluate each refund request individually and reserve the right to approve or deny requests that fall outside these general guidelines at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally not be granted where:

• A substantial portion of the course has already been completed or downloaded.
• The request is based on dissatisfaction with trading or market outcomes rather than the educational content itself, since we do not guarantee trading results.
• The request is made after the eligibility window described above.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe following approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
